Validating an intimate healthcare product for the Chinese market

Tested design perceptions for an intimate healthcare product through in-home consumer research in China, rapidly generating and presenting a journey map and design recommendations to senior managers.

Shaping the future of displays for Samsung 

Identified display business opportunities and developed solution propositions for urban home and on-the-go contexts. Some concepts were taken forward, including a precursor to the Ambient Mode feature now used on their QLED TV range.
